parties and will be kept in a secure manner. The information collated will be used solely for club purposes only.

Please complete the above application form and return it to the Commodore at the address below, together
with a cheque for £90 (£50 joining fee and £40 subscription) made out to Wardleys Marine Yacht Club. The form will be displayed on the notice board for 1 month before consideration by the Committee. In the
unlikely event that your application is not accepted your fee will be returned.
Please ensure that the form is completed as fully as possible as missing information will lead to delay. Strike
out any sections which do not apply to you. If you intend to use or store a boat at the club it is
essential that the boat insurance details are given. Without this the application cannot be considered.
When the completed form has been considered by the committee you will be contacted again.
